What is OAR? That's a GREAT question and we're glad you asked! OAR is an outdoor gear consignment shop located in Cody Wyoming. We specialize in high quality, used outdoor gear and clothing placed on consignment by other outdoor enthusiasts.

At OAR we strive to provide quality outdoor gear, footwear, and clothing to our customers so that enjoying the outdoors doesn't have to break the bank. We are also a great place for those first timers who want to grab some gear and try out a new sport without having to pay typically high retail prices.

OAR is locally owned and operated by avid outdoor enthusiasts and a retired adventure racer who not only love the gear that they sell, but also love the environment.

Selling great quality, gently used outdoor gear and clothing reduces the carbon footprint of users by recycling and reusing gear, rather than it ending up in the landfill. A win for new adventurers. A win for those wanting to upgrade their gear. A win for the environment.
